Regular Activities:

  • Tuesday:

    • 1:15 PM – Holy Mass at Bay Campus (“The Haven”)

    • 1:45 PM – Group Rosary Prayer

  • Friday:

    • 5:30 PM – Holy Mass at Singleton Campus (“The Lighthouse”)

    • 6:00 PM – Social gathering

  • Sunday:

    • 3:00 PM – Soup Kitchen volunteering with Missionaries of Charity (next to Parc Tawe)

    • 6:00 PM – Student Mass at Saint David's Priory Church

Throughout the year, many social events shall be taking place, which shall be communicated through social media (mainly Instagram) and the WhatsApp group chat

Intro:

CathSoc is the largest and most widespread group of Catholics within Swansea University. Together with Pure in Heart (an international young adult Catholic organisation) they offer a place for those who are already Catholic an wish to practice and grow their faith, discern their faith, or simply wish to explore.

Although they have multiple connections to different churches throughout Swansea, their headquarters are located at Saint David's Priory Church (SA1 3NG), where Canon Paul and Father Gregory are stationed and serve as their university chaplains. Additionally, you will find the Pure in Heart organisation there as well.
